Ace Parking Meet and Greet Gatwick is an Approved Gatwick parking company that offers first rate meet and greet parking services for Gatwick Airport. This product includes a Full Car Valet. You will be met at one of the airport’s official Approved Operator Areas which are as close as possible to the terminal and are exclusive to Approved Operators. These areas provide a safer quieter environment for you to handover your car before heading straight in to the terminal.
This service now meets customers in the Short Stay car park, which is even closer than the forecourt.No Levy Fee needed, all costs covered in booking price.
No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses meet and greet will offer a more convenient solution to your airport parking requirements as by booking ace parking your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on your return.
Please take a copy of your confirmation email with you on your day of travel.
Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple Manor prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple Manor ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.

Due to ongoing works at Gatwick North Terminal, the meeting point may change whilst the works are being carried out. For North terminal - if your vehicle is taller than 1.80m please inform us when you call and we will meet you in alternative area outside the car park.
As you enter the terminal Follow signs for SHORT STAY car park and keep in the left hand lane. Take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right). Enter Car park 5 and follow signs for “Approved Operators” (do not go to the upper levels). When you get to the Approved Operator area park up in an Approved Operator Bay and make yourself known to and Ace.
Follow signs for SHORT STAY PASSENGER PICK UP to the SHORT TERM CAR PARK. Keep in the right hand lane.
Take a ticket at the barrier and drive to 3rd car park ORANGE CAR PARK 3 LEVEL 1 Row D & E. (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS)
As soon as you have collected your luggage, Please call Ace Parking to let us know that you are ready for your car. Then make your way to the Approved meeting point as follows…
As you exit North terminal customs turn right following signs to Exit and Lifts. Go past the lifts and exit the terminal building. Car Park 5 is directly opposite the terminal building and can be seen from the exit doors. Proceed to the Approved meeting point at the ground floor of Car park 5 - Rows B to J to collect your car.
Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, after your phone call to tell us you are ready for it, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Parks. We politely request that you listen carefully to our telephone controllers when calling to drop off or pick up your car as these instructions may change at short notice due to ongoing work.
Follow signs to SHORT TERM CAR PARK orange car park LEVEL 1 Row D & E. (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS) and wait in the safe zone waiting area (lift lobby) until your vehicle is returned. (The same location that you left your car)
