Maple Parking (previously ACE / Maple Manor) is an Approved Heathrow parking company that offers first rate meet and greet parking services for Heathrow Airport. This product is for both drop off and collection at T5 only. Your return terminal can be amended directly with MMP however this must be amended prior to the day your booking starts by contacting them after you have booked.
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (or part day). No refunds will be issued for part used stays. Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.
It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence. Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused. You will be given the option to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage and you will have to make your own way to us on return to collect it. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not collected.
IMPORTANT : While we are so quiet we cannot have our meeting points manned 24/7 at LGW and LHR as we do usually so it is now necessary for all of our customers to call us prior to arrival and on return.
The Car Park does not offer EV Charging.
Please be aware that from the 29th of August 2023 the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) in London is being expanded to include Heathrow airport. Vehicles that do not meet the ULEZ standards could face a daily charge. For more information about this please visit TFL.gov.uk

Maple Parking’s T5 meeting point will be changing on 1st March 2024. The new Meeting point will be at their fixed desk in the lift foyer at T5 Short Stay level 4. This is much closer to check in and a much shorter/quicker walk into the terminal. Sorry for this necessary change – the previous meeting point will no longer be usable from 1st March.
If you are returning on the flight you've told us then your car will be waiting for you at the meeting point and there is no need to call us - just proceed as follows.
International arrivals Return Directions
•- Exit the Arrivals Hall following overhead signs for the Train Station and Sofitel Hotel.
•- Walk past the train station and underground exits and take the exit for Sofitel Hotel located opposite Marks & Spencer adjacent to Cafe Nero.
•- Take one of the 4 lifts in the lobby to Level 1 and turn right into the Sofitel walkway.
•- Follow the Sofitel walkway back towards the hotel.
•- At the end of the walkway either take the lift or escalator to descend to ground level.
•- Make your way through the main reception area and exit via the main exit doors.
•- Cross the road and take the ramp back to the car park.
Domestic arrivals Return Directions

•- Take one of the 4 lifts in the lobby to Level 1 and turn right into the Sofitel walkway.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
PLEASE CALL MAPLE PARKING ON YOUR RETURN. Call 01895 544 382 once you have collected your luggage (or have cleared passport control if you have no hold luggage) so we can deliver your car. Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you do not have this then we will need to see and take an image of your passport – which (of course) must match the booking name.
Then proceed to : Terminal 5 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 – Off Airport Meet & Greet

•- Once on Wayfarer Road, take the next right onto Welland Road – keeping right.
•- The car park entrance will be about 150m on your right.

ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS:
Terminal 5 - (Postcode for Terminal 5: TW6 2GA) As you approach Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park Drive up the ramp, filter to the right and drive under the yellow height restriction, KEEP LEFT and follow the signs for Short stay Level 4. Follow the Avis signs towards the third set of barriers, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain) Follow OFF AIRPORT signs and park in the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays.
Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our Purple desk in the lift lobby.
