Wheelchair Guests
The car park buses don't have the ability to transfer wheelchair customers to/from the airport terminals.
Assuming you are travelling with at least one adult the wheelchair person should be dropped at the terminal first and the car then driven to the car park

Travelling with children Park and Fly has 2 designated vehicles that have Type B-Forward Facing child restraints fitted for children between 1 to 4 years old. Additionally, Park and Fly will also be using the new ‘Type E-Booster Seats’ that can be used for children from 14kgs to 26kgs (approximately 4 to 7 years of age). These booster seats can be used in any of the Park and Fly vehicles and are secured by a lap/sash seat belt.Valets and Car Detailing available to book on Arrival.
Please note that there has been recent changes to the entry way of the car park; All entries will be via Botany Road and the level crossing will be closed.
The car park has a heigh restriction of 2 metres.
On Arrival
Please ensure you arrive at the car park, 30 minutes before you want to be at the airport.
When you arrive at the car park, just park in one of the drop off bays conveniently located near the entrance. Then proceed to reception to facilitate transit to the terminal.Your car will be allocated to security storage parking and be easily accessible to you on your return.
On Return
When you return from your journey,after you have claimed your baggage please call Reception on the number provided on your booking confirmation to arrange your return shuttle.
Please then proceed to the pick-up point. We will be there promptly to take you to your car.
On Arrival

Directions
All entries will be via Botany Road as the level crossing will be closed.
If coming from Southern Cross Drive take the normal airport exit and turn right onto General Holmes Drive. Then at the first set of traffic lights turn right onto Wentworth Avenue. Then left onto Botany Road and left again into Park & Fly.
If you are coming from the South you will need to exit on General Holmes Drive and turn right onto the Wentworth Avenue underpass, then left onto Botany Road and left again into Park & Fly.
