Gatwick Airport Parking Approved Operator Scheme Member
Gatwick Airport have introduced the Approved Operator Scheme effective from 10th July 2013. One of the main objectives of the scheme is to afford recognition to Meet and Greet operators that meet high standards of customer service and to ensure that passengers can identify good quality and legitimate operators.
Approved operators must have Buy with Confidence accreditation from Trading Standards and have the British Parking Association ParkMark award on all operational car parks meaning they have been risk assessed by the Police for security.
Park Mark Award
The Park Mark Award: Safer Parking SchemeTM is a registered trademark of the British Parking Association (BPA) and is awarded to car parks which achieve the required level of security, safety, management and maintenance. The aim of the scheme is to reduce crime, and the fear of crime in car park and parking facilities. It is vetted and approved by the Police and all Park Mark holders are regularly inspected to ensure they maintain the high standards.

How it works - 4 hassle free steps for meet and greet parking
Step 1: For the ultimate Airport Parking convenience, you will drive directly to the Meet & Greet drop off area at the terminal
Step 2: You will be met by one of Gatwick Help Me Park uniformed representatives who will greet you and have a check of your vehicle for any pre-existing damage. You are then free to head into the terminal and check-in.
Step 3: Your car will be safely driven to Gatwick Help Me Park secure car park facility and safely stored for the duration of your trip. The facility holds the Park Mark Award.
Step 4: On return to Gatwick Airport, you will be met in the Meet & Greet area where your vehicle will be ready for you and your onward journey. What a hassle-free way to start and end your holiday or business trip!
Some Gatwick Meet & Greet operators pass on the exit fee for the meet & greet short stay car park to the customer, ABC does not do this and you will not incur any addition fees. All exit fees are already included in the price you pay.
No transfers are needed, Gatwick Help Me Park - Meet and Greet will be an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses. Your car is collected from the terminal short stay car park when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return.
This product used to be called ABC Meet and Greet.

Very Important:
Please ensure your car has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. Your contract will be deemed to have started and you will not be able to claim a refund. Please also ensure that your vehicle has water in the washer bottle and that you have not run your fuel down to the minimum as although our car park is close to the airport we will have to drive your car off the airport itself.
ABC Meet & Greet does not accept Vehicles:
9.1 larger than a SWB transit van (5.2m in length);
9.2 with any kind of trailer attached;
9.3 that does not have legal tread on each tyre;
9.4 without a valid MOT;
9.5 without fully paid tax;
9.6 without enough fuel to complete at least 20 miles (although most Vehicles will travel a much shorter distance during the Parking Period);
9.7 without manufacturer’s recommended levels of engine oil, engine coolant and water or cleaning fluid in the windscreen washer reservoir; or
9.8 that are in our reasonable opinion in any other way unsafe to drive or in contravention of any road traffic legislation. Examples of features that would render the Vehicle unsafe to drive include but is not limited to a seat that will not move on its runners or an in-operable speedometer. We will have absolute discretion to decide if a Vehicle is unsafe to drive and Our decision will be final.
ABC Meet & Greet need an accurate return flight landing time and number to avoid delays returning your vehicle. Please be ready to verify this at the terminal when you hand your car to us.
ABC GATWICK - GATWICK AIRPORT APPROVED OPERATOR FOR MEET AND GREET
You have booked your Meet and Greet parking with an Approved Operator called ABC Gatwick
You are authorised to have your parking Meet and Greet conducted on the terminal forecourts at Gatwick Airport
You may be challenged by traffic wardens and marshals. If asked please state that your parking is with ABC Gatwick.

Please only use Approved Operator signed parking bays at the terminal forecourt as detailed below.
There is a surcharge of £10 for each additional day for bookings if the booking has already commenced. Any changes to bookings prior to the date of travel need to be done with Looking4.com.
There is also a £10 surcharge for bookings which fall on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

North Terminal:
1. Drive your car to the sign posted Passenger Drop-off area at the North Terminal.
2. The drop-off and collection location is now between the Sofitel Hotel and Short Term Multi-storey Car Park.
3. Please stay in the right hand lane as you round the Sofitel (big white square building) on approach to the North Terminal so as to avoid the queue for the multi-storey car park.
4. Then park in the bays marked. You will be met here by one of our uniformed drivers. Your car will be returned to this location.
South Terminal:
1. Drive your car to the sign posted Passenger Drop-off area at the South Terminal.
2. The drop-off and collection area is now underneath the multi-storey car parks.
3. Drive over the third zebra crossing to the far end and park immediately on the left. You will be met here by one of our uniformed drivers.
We will perform a damage check of your vehicle and you will be asked to sign your vehicle over to us. This process should only take a maximum of 5 minutes although may take longer.
You will be sent a text message as you land. Please call back when you have collected your luggage. If you do not have luggage to collect please call us as soon as possible.
Your car will be returned to the same location where you dropped it off.
Please note if you have hand luggage only please call as soon as you can.
You will need to sign for the return of your car and then you can be on your journey home as soon as possible.
