Great news - APH Gatwick has moved closer to the Airport.

This means shorter journeys, better service and faster transfers to each terminal via dedicated shuttle buses.

APH Gatwick Parking is high quality and established off-airport car park which is located only 12 minutes from the airport. The car park offers efficient transfers which run 24 hours a day as well as providing assistance upon request, for passengers to help load luggage on and off the coaches.

APH (short for “Airport Parking and Hotels”) operates car parks at different airports in England including Manchester, Birmingham and Gatwick. It's a family owned private company and provides a high quality service. Its been going for more than 37 years and the family are still involved in the running of the business.

From a company with 37 years experience, you can expect nothing other than a first class smooth experience from arrival to departure. The company and its car parks are well established and well maintained with a good level of investment in all aspects. The reception desk, car park, tarmac, buses, flood lighting and security are all modern and up to date. The staff are well trained, courteous and friendly and proud to work for a top quality company. This APH car park at Gatwick is generally busy with 3000 spaces and operates 24/7. It is well staffed with buses running to and from the terminal every 10 minutes on average. The transfer to Gatwick take only around 10 minutes and the buses are all modern with friendly, trained drivers. They’ll chat to you on the journey (only if you want them to!).

The bus stop is right outside the terminal and has APH sign posting so its easy to find on return. As soon as you arrive at the airport you’ll easily find the luggage trolleys and its just minutes walk into the terminal and check in desks.

When you return to Gatwick Airport from your holiday or business trip, you can just take the short walk to the APH bus stop and the bus will be with you in no more than 10 minutes.

APH are unable to transport bikes, surfboards or items similar to size on the coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable. The car park must retain your keys. The price quoted is for pre-booking only. Minimum stays/charges may apply.

APH has taken the following precautions to help passengers:

  • Regular cleaning of the buses, including the use of an ‘anti-viral bomb’ which released every evening in all buses ensuring that everything is sanitized.

  • Anti-bacterial gel made widely available across all sites.

  • Glass Perspex at reception desks.

  • Limited numbers allowed on buses.

  • Face coverings to be worn on all buses. 

  • Regular cleaning of toilets.

  • Spaced out drop off zone at all sites to allow for social distancing.

Minimum stay/charges may apply at this car park at certain times of the year. There is a maximum vehicle height limit of 2.4 metres or 7 1/2 feet at this car park.

On Arrival

On arrival at APH report to Reception and present confirmation slip or quote your Booking Reference Number.

APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches.

On Return

Full instructions for return will be given at check in.

Entering the postcode on sat-nav might not take you directly to the car park entrance. Once on the A2220 (Copthorne Road) please continue driving 0.5 miles until you see Wyevale Garden Centre and the APH entrance sign on your right.

Directions

Directions from the M23

Leave at Junction 10 (East Grinstead).

If southbound, take the 1st exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).

OR

If northbound, take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).

At the next roundabout take the 4th exit (A2220) signposted Maidenbower.

Continue on the A2220 following signs to Airport Parking Centre.

After 0.5 miles turn right into Wyevale Garden Centre. You'll see an APH entrance sign.

 

Follow APH signs to the car park check-in area.
