Cancel Policy
You can cancel the Stansted Official Meet & Greet contract by giving us at least 1 hour notice prior to the car park arrival time and date. Once the cancellation is confirmed you will receive email confirmation. Any bookings for a Stansted Official Airport car park cancelled within 1 hour of the car park arrival date will not be refunded.
COVID-19
Stansted Airport have taken the following steps to help Fight Covid-19:
Screens in Reception areas to protect both staff and customers
Customers will be asked to use an antibacterial wipe to wipe their key before placing it in the key drop boxes
Self-serve machines will be used as much as possible to limit interaction with individuals face to face
All hard surfaces have been treated with special antibacterial products which protect them for 6 months
Regular cleaning of all M&G & drop off areas
When moving cars staff will wear face masks to limit risk of transmission. All staff will be asked to follow government guidance and either wash their hands or use hand sanitiser regularly

Hours of operation: 24 hours. The valet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff. Please advise the Airport Valet service if you are going to arrive more than 30 minutes late.

On Arrival
Drive through the sheltered inspection area where our cameras will record the current condition of your car, so you can be sure it'll be returned in the same condition.
Pull into the allocated lane and unpack your car.
Drop your keys off with one of our trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in.
When you return, your car will be waiting for you.
On Return
On return from your trip please go to the Meet & Greet Reception office located by the Meet & Greet car park. Staff will return your keys and direct you to your car.

Directions from London - Please exit the M11 at Junction 8a and follow the below directions
Follow the road for just over 1 mile and take the Stansted Airport exit and branch left. At Bassingbourn roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Thremhall Avenue. At Coopers End Roundabout take the third exit following signs to the Short Stay Car Parks. Take the second entrance on the left signposted M&G.
Directions from Cambridge - Please exit the M11 at Junction 8 and follow the below directions
Take the A120 exit to Stansted Airport.  At Priory Wood Roundabout take the 3rd exit, merge onto the A120 and branch left. At Bassingbourn roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Thremhall Avenue. At Coopers End Roundabout take the third exit following signs to the Short Stay Car Parks. Take the second entrance on the left signposted M&G.
