Wheelchair Guests
The car park buses don't have the ability to transfer wheelchair customers to/from the airport terminals. Assuming you are travelling with at least one adult the wheelchair person should be dropped at the terminal first and the car then driven to the car park.

Travelling with children
If you are travelling with young children that require safety seating - please drop them at the airport terminal FIRST, with an accompanying adult, before you access the car park.There is no provision for adequate child safety seating in their shuttle vans.

On Arrival
When you arrive at the car park, just park in one of the drop off bays conveniently located near the entrance. Then proceed to reception to facilitate transit to the terminal. Your car will be allocated to security storage parking and be easily accessible to you on your return
On Return
When you return from your journey,after you have claimed your baggage please call Reception on the number provided on your booking confirmation to arrange your return shuttle. Please then proceed to the pick-up point. We will be there promptly to take you to your car.
