Dayton Airport parking
If you are looking to park at Dayton Airport, there are various options available, ranging from VIP services to economy. Here is a summary of the official parking on offer:
The short-term parking lot allows you to park right next to the terminal and is designed to offer maximum convenience. The ticket-free service means that when you enter the lot, you swipe your credit card and do the same when leaving. Your card is automatically charged and you don’t have the stress of looking after your parking ticket while you are away. The lot has 200 parking places available and the first 30 minutes are free.
There is a Long-Term Parking Lot providing 1,150 places adjacent to the Terminal Building and the newly renovated Economy Lot with 2,350 spaces to the side of it. From the former, you can walk the short distance to the terminal or from both, you can hop on one of the DAYrider parking shuttles that run every eight-to-10 minutes and take you directly there.
Garage and valet parking
If you want to park just meters from the Terminal Building, you can do so in the Garage on Levels 2 and 3. To ensure you get a space, you can reserve garage parking on Level 2 in advance. An alternative VIP option is to opt for valet parking, where you leave your vehicle at the Valet Booth in front of the terminal and then collect it there on your return.
There is a cell phone lot on entry to Dayton Airport, with free WiFi and flight monitoring screens, where you can wait for your passengers. When your passenger arrives, you can then drive the short distance to the terminal and collect them. Alternatively, if they are already waiting for you, the Short-Term Parking Lot offers 30 minutes free parking.
At DAY, there is also an Overflow lot with 1,600 spaces designed for use in peak travel periods. Those traveling with disabilities have reserved places available in the Garage, the first row of the Short-Term Lot and near the shuttle pick-up areas in the Economy Lot.
