Upon arrival to the hotel, give this printed reservation receipt to the valet attendant. The valet attendants are unable to process reservations without a printed reservation receipt.

After you have your luggage, please call the hotel at 407-240-1000 and ask to be transferred to the valet who will dispatch the shuttle. Normal waiting time after calling is 10-15 minutes.
