The car park has a height restriction of 2 metres.
Oversized vehicles such as vans, pickups, long-wheelbased vehicles and vehicles with more than 7 seats will incur a charge of £30 on arrival
Arrival Time Amendments
Customers may amend their arrival time up until midnight on the day before travel.
Any changes after this point are subject to the early‑arrival policy.
Early and Late Arrival Policy
A discretionary 6‑hour grace period may be applied by the car park.
Arrivals 6 hours or more before the booked entry time will incur the standard £30 per‑day charge.
Returns more than 6 hours after the booked exit time will also incur the £30 per‑day charge.
All rates are subject to change at the operator’s discretion.
Shuttle Bus Restrictions
The shuttle service is unable to transport large sporting equipment.
Customers carrying such items are advised to drop passengers and equipment at the terminal prior to parking at Airport Parking Birmingham.
On Arrival
Please call the car park when you are approximately 20 minutes away from your arrival
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our representative. After a quick check-in, you will proceed to the parking bay assigned to you. Park your car and make your way to the pickup point where you will board our free shuttle service to Birmingham International Train Station. You will then hop onto a free two-minute shuttle service which will take you straight into the Airport Terminal.
While the journey time to the Terminal is typically 10 minutes, please allow extra time if travelling during rush hour.
On Return
After you have cleared customs, please call to request collection.
Our shuttle will meet you at the passenger drop off area.
On return to the car park, your vehicle will be parked as you left it.
