Gatwick - Looking4Parking - Priority Meet and Greet, operated by a Approved Gatwick parking company, offers first rate meet and greet parking services for Gatwick Airport. By booking this service, you take the hassle out of airport parking. You will be met at one of the airport’s official Approved Operator Areas which are as close as possible to the terminal and are exclusive to Approved Operators. These areas provide a safer quieter environment for you to handover your car before heading straight in to the terminal.

No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses meet and greet will offer a more convenient solution to your airport parking requirements as by booking ace parking your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on your return.

Vehicle Restrictions:
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Ace Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles:
It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal and/or safe to drive, Ace Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day or part day after your booked return date. Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Ace Parking ASAP. We must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings. Meeting point subject to change: Due to ongoing work at both terminals at Gatwick, the meeting points could change on the day. You will be informed when you call if there are any changes that will affect you. Vehicle Inspection: Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car.
Early Returns:
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hrs notice to ensure that your vehicle is ready for you upon your return. Call Ace Parking on 01293 533 000. Refunds are not given for part used bookings.

As you enter the North Terminal from the main roundabout, stay in the right-hand lane for “Drop Off and Hotels”. Keep in the right-hand lane following signs for “hotels” and “Sofitel Hotel”. Keep driving towards the Pedestrian traffic lights between the two hotels. Turn right immediately after the traffic lights into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park. Take a ticket from the barrier and keep it for our driver. Once in the car park follow signs for Meet & Greet Operators When you arrive in the dedicated Meet & Greet area, park in a Meet and Greet bay and look out for our uniformed staff.
South Terminal Meeting Point

As you drive into the South Terminal, please stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for SHORT STAY & PICK UP. At the SHORT STAY barriers take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver. Drive into the ORANGE CAR PARK and go up to LEVEL 1. At LEVEL 1 turn right and you will see the ACE MEET AND GREET AREA. Please park up in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts. Please make yourself known to the uniformed staff so that the necessary documentation can be completed with you promptly and you can proceed to check in.

Please note that between the 13th and 17th of March 2023 due to necessary works and closure of Level 1 in the Orange Car Park - The meeting point will now be on level 3 in the Orange Car Park.
Please drive up to LEVEL 3. At LEVEL 3 turn right and you will see the Ace Meet & Greet Area. Please park up in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts - then follow the instructions in your confirmation. Clear signage will be in place but if you have any issues on the day then please call the phone number that is on your confirmation for any assistance you require.
North Terminal: (no need to call)
If you gave us your flight number when you checked in then there your car will be returned automatically to the meeting point at the North Terminal. There is no longer any need to call us on your return.
If you did not give accurate return times (or correct flight numbers for us to monitor), then please call us using the number on your confirmation email once you have landed.
Directions: As you exit North Terminal International Arrivals, turn right and exit the building. Once outside, cross both roads and keep heading straight ahead between the car parks, under the covered walkway to the main terminal forecourt. Once at the main terminal forecourt, you will see the Sofitel Hotel. Cross the road at the pedestrian lights and bear left through the Sofitel Hotel car park - following signs for Meet & Greet Operators located within the Hotel Car Park. Your car will be returned by our uniformed staff in the Meet and Greet Reception area.
South Terminal: (Please call)
Please call using the number on your confirmation email once you have your luggage
Directions: Please exit the terminal building and follow signs for the 'Short Stay Car Parks' (Orange Car Park 3). Your vehicle will be returned to;
Short Stay Orange Car Park – level 1- ready for you to drive home.
Please note that between the 13th and 17th of March 2023 due to necessary works and closure of Level 1 in the Orange Car Park - The meeting point will now be on level 3 in the Orange Car Park.
Please call as once you have your luggage as instructed. When you get to the car park then take the lift to Level 3 and not Level 1 - where you'll find Ace's meeting area and your car.
