Overview
Airparker Meet and Greet Parking at Heathrow offer a convenient alternative to 'park and ride' car parks. A trained chauffeur meets you at the terminal and takes your car to a secure car park nearby.
There is now an entry and exit fee of £7.50 each way which is NOT included in the price of your booking. The fee is payable at the point you hand over your keys to our agent and exit fee is payable at the point of key collection. Please note: the fee is not payable using cash.

Disabled Info
No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses meet and greet will offer a more convenient solution to your airport parking requirements as by booking ace parking your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on your return.
For all Blue Badge Holders, please drive to the Passenger Drop off areas within the Terminals.

Please take proof of purchase with you on your day of travel.
Please note that the short stay car park has a height restriction of 2.2m. If your vehicle is taller than this, you will need to contact the parking provider in advance of your arrival.
There is now an entry and exit fee of £ 7.50 each way which is NOT included in the price of your booking. Please note: the fee is being paid directly to Heathrow via the ticket machine. This is not payable using cash.
Opening times: 05:00 – 23:59 Note: we do return cars outside these hours. there is an out of hours service charge of £25.00
Extra Day Charges - Extending a booking with at least 24 hours before your return: £25 for the first day, £15 for subsequent days. Unagreed extensions charged at £39.99 per day.
All extensions must be agreed by calling 01895438057, by emailing customerservice@theairparker.co.uk or emailing your booking agent. Please do not agree changes with the driver.
Lost Property:
Do not leave valuables in your car; we do not cover for lost property due to the inability to verify the presence of items.
* During peak travel periods, cars maybe parked at our secure overflow compounds which maybe further away from the terminal.
EV Charging available up to 80%. The cost of this will be the cost at the charging station plus £25.00. This is arranged locally on arrival.
Please be aware that from the 29th of August 2023 the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) in London is being expanded to include Heathrow airport. Vehicles that do not meet the ULEZ standards could face a daily charge. For more information about this please visit TFL.gov.uk
On Arrival
Please call us when you are 30 minutes away to limit any delay. A trained chauffeur meets you in the terminal car park and takes your car to a secure car park.
Terminal 2 - Follow signs for short-stay car park for T2. Enter through ticket barriers 5 or 6; proceed to row B. Post code TW6 1EW.
Terminal 3 - Follow signs for short-stay car park for T3. Make your way to level 4, end of row B. Postcode TW6 1QG.
Terminal 5 - Follow signs for short-stay car park for T5. Look for signs showing short-stay level 4 or off-airport meet and greet. Make your way to row S. Post code TW6 2GA.
This service DOES NOT service T4.
On Return
1. SWITCH YOUR PHONE ON as soon as you can after landing. (If you are using a different number than the one in your booking details please advise us of this)
2. Please RING US immediately after disembarking the plane (no later than before passport control) on 01895 438057. ENSURE YOU MAKE VERBAL CONTACT WITH US. THIS CALL IS VITAL FOR THE TIMELY DISPATCH OF YOUR VEHICLE, the phones can get very busy at times. This is quite normal at Heathrow. Failure to make verbal contact may delay the return of your vehicle.
3. ONLY when you physically have all your luggage in your possession (if applicable), call AirParker again (See below terminal exit instructions).
Your vehicle will be dispatched to the same location where you dropped your vehicle and will enter the car park 8-15 minutes after your call.
Please note an airport exit fee of £7.50 applies and is not included in the booking price.
Terminal Exit Directions:
• Terminal 2 - Please make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
• Terminal 3 - Please make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
• Terminal 5 - Please take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
