Disabled Info

No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses meet and greet will offer a more convenient solution to your airport parking requirements as by booking ace parking your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on your return.

Additional Info

There is now an entry and exit fee of £6 each way which is NOT included in the price of your booking. The fee is payable at the point you hand over your keys to our agent and exit fee is payable at the point of key collection. Please note: the fee is not payable using cash.

Terminal 2

Go through the main tunnel for Terminals 2 and 3
When exiting the tunnel stay in the right lanes showing Terminal 2 drop off
When you reach the drop off area go to lane 3 or 4.
Pull up in a bay near the zebra crossing where our chauffeur will meet you
Our driver will be wearing a black jacket with Airparker ID

Terminal 3

Sat Nav - TW6 3QG
Go through the main tunnel for Terminals 2 and 3
When exiting the tunnel stay in the left lanes showing Terminal 3 drop off
When you reach the drop off area go to lane 3 or 4.
Pull up in a bay near the zebra crossing where our chauffeur will meet you

Terminal 5

Follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 5 to get to the terminal
Follow the signs for Drop Off
On the ramp stay in the right lane and at the top go into the second lane
Drive all the way down to the last zebra crossing near drop off point 11
Pull up in any bay near the zebra crossing where our chauffeur will meet you
Our driver will be wearing a black jacket with Airparker ID

On Return

*Exit fee maybe required. £1 - £8 depending on time to exit car park.
