AirSide Meet and Greet Parking at Heathrow offer a convenient alternative to 'park and ride' car parks. A trained chauffeur meets you at the terminal and takes your car to a secure car park nearby.
Fully insured and uniformed drivers, CCTV monitored compounds, 24hr security patrols, Secure gated compounds.

Please note that the short stay car park has a height restriction of 2.2m. If your vehicle is taller than this you will need to contact the parking provider in advance of your arrival.
Opening times: 05:00 – 23:00 Note: we do return cars outside these hours. there is an out of hours service charge of £25.00
Extra Day Charges - £15 per day when informed in advance (up to 1 hour before return time on the booking or £35 per day when we are not informed in advance. You can email, text, or call the contact details provided.
* During peak travel periods, cars maybe parked at our secure overflow compounds which maybe further away from the terminal.

On Arrival
SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS:
On the day of your DEPARTURE:
1. If you are using a different number to the one in your booking details,
please advise us of this.
2. RING US 30 MINUTES before your PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENT TIME on 07931 696867 * to advise us of your progress. Same day amendments are subject to availability.
During peak periods, it may take little longer to answer the phone. This is quite normal at Heathrow.
3. Meet your Personal Travel Assistant at the meet point as per your terminal instruction. For security reasons, do not leave items of value or loose items inside your vehicle.
N.B. Please ensure you call at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to avoid being delayed
N.B. Never leave your car unattended or with the keys inside when outside the Terminal, even for a few moments!
N.B. Please ensure your car has sufficient fuel in order for us to deliver our service.
Where to Meet us At the Terminals :
Terminal 2 – Please follow signs for Terminal 2; as you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane barrier no 6 in short stay car park and follow signs for Level 4.
Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Personal Travel Assistant will meet you. (SAT NAV postcode : TW6 1EW)
Terminal 3 – Follow the signs to Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park level 4 at Row A. Find a convenient space to park. This is where your Personal Travel Assistant will meet you. (SAT NAV post code: TW6 1QG)
Terminal 4 – Once you approach Terminal 4 keep your car to the right hand side of the barrier and follow the sign for level 2 off airport parking. This is where your Personal Travel Assistant will meet you. (SAT NAV postcode TW6 3XA)
Terminal 5 – Once you follow the signs for SHORT STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 signs into the short stay car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your Personal Travel Assistant will meet you. (SAT NAV post code : TW6 2GA)
On Return
Please RING US immediately after disembarking the plane (no later than before passport control) on 07931 696867*
ENSURE YOU MAKE VERBAL CONTACT WITH US, THIS CALL IS VITAL FOR THE TIMELY DISPATCH OF YOUR VEHICLE.
During peak periods, it may take little longer to answer the phone. This is quite normal at Heathrow. 1. Failure to make verbal contact may delay the return of your vehicle. 2. Once you have your luggage, call us again on 07931 696867.

For security reasons, you must prove your identity to your Personal Travel Assistant If requested and sign paperwork if requested. N.B. If you are delayed in baggage reclaim or take what we consider to be an inordinate length of time to exit the terminal, we reserve the right to park your car temporarily in the short stay car park (the airport exit charge may exceed £9 and that will be payable by customer) so that we can attend to other customers in the meantime.

Terminal 2 – Please make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT STAY CAR PARK, rows A & B, this is where the Personal Travel Assistant will meet you.
Terminal 3 – Please make your way to the SHORT STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4 Row A, this is where the Personal Travel Assistant will meet you.
Terminal 4 – As you enter the arrivals hall, you will see an exit by W H Smith’s. Exit the building and walk straight over the Zebra crossing to the
SHORT STAY CAR PARK. You will see some lifts on your left hand side; take them to Level 2. Upon exiting the lifts, turn right and make your way to the Off-Airport area following the appropriate signs, this is where the Personal Travel Assistant will meet you.
Terminal 5 – Please take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where the Personal Travel Assistant will meet you.
