Please be aware the Terminal Car Park 1 has a height restriction of 2.1 metres.
Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton airport, travel around the airport may take longer than normal. We'd recommend you allow an extra hour to get to the airport particularly at peak times. Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long).
Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple Parking prior to the drop off date.
Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal and/or safe to drive, Maple Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refunds
Early and Late returns:
Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple Parking ASAP. We must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings. Meeting point subject to change: Due to ongoing work at both terminals at Gatwick, the 'Approved' meeting points could change on the day. You will be informed when you call if there are any changes that will affect you.
Vehicle Inspection: Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car.
Please call Maple Parking when you are 15-20 minutes away from the airport, to let us know you are near so we can send our driver to meet you and follow the directions below.
When you reach the airport follow signs for the Terminal Car Park 1. Take a ticket from the barrier, make your way to the pick up point/meet and greet area, where you will be met by one of our uniformed drivers.
Your driver will be wearing Maple Parking uniform and carrying ID. Your car will be photographed in situ prior to our driver moving it to our secured car park.
After dropping off your car take the 5-minute covered walk to check-in.
Once you have collected your luggage, Please call Maple Parking to let us know you're ready for your car.
Then head to the EXIT and follow signs for Terminal Car Park 1 and head to where you dropped off your car. Your car will be delivered to the pick up point/meet and greet area where you dropped it off.
Our driver will give you a ticket which allows you to exit the car park. Please make sure you're at the car park no longer than 10 minutes after your call us otherwise you may need to pay to exit the car park.

Leave the M1 at junction 10.
At the large motorway roundabout, take the second exit if you're coming from the south and the first exit if you're coming from the north on to the A1081 Airport Way.
Continue on the A1081, sign posted Luton Airport. Once you have passed through the traffic lights get into the left hand lane for Luton Airport.
At the next roundabout take the third exit keeping on Airport Way.
Keep following the signs for Terminal Car Park 1 (do not turn in to Terminal Car Park 2 keep going to Car Park 1)
At Terminal Car Park 1, Take a ticket from the barrier and drive up to level 3, where you will be met by a member of staff.
