Cancel Policy

You can cancel the Manchester Official Meet & Greet T3 contract by giving us at least 1 hour notice prior to the car park arrival time and date. Once the cancellation is confirmed you will receive email confirmation. Any bookings for a Manchester Official Airport car park cancelled within 1 hour of the car park arrival date will not be refunded.

COVID-19

Manchester Airport have taken the following steps to help Fight Covid-19:

• Screens in Reception areas to protect both staff and customers

• Customers will be asked to use an antibacterial wipe to wipe their key before placing it in the key drop boxes

• Self-serve machines will be used as much as possible to limit interaction with individuals face to face

• All hard surfaces have been treated with special antibacterial products which protect them for 6 months

• Regular cleaning of all M&G & drop off areas

• When moving cars staff will wear face masks to limit risk of transmission. All staff will be asked to follow government guidance and either wash their hands or use hand sanitiser regularly

• Official Terminal 3 Meet & Greet, no transfers are required

• Easy & hassle-free - simply walk to check-in from the car park

If you're delayed picking your car up, you'll need to pay for the extra parking at the car park's normal rate (which is more expensive than the price you pay when you book with us). If you come back early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund for the time you've not used.

1. When you reach the entrance to the car park, please press the help button, then quote your car park booking reference number and name to a member of staff.

2. Once you have parked, simply unload your luggage and enter our Meet & Greet reception to deposit your key. Please note we only take receipt of your individual car key. Key rings and other keys cannot be accepted.

3. You will be given a receipt, which you should retain for your return.

When you return, visit the Meet and Greet cabin and present your receipt. Your key will be returned and your car will be waiting in one of the Meet and Greet car parking bays.

Exit the M56 at Junction 5.

As you approach the traffic lights get in the left-hand lanes signposted for T3, Wilmslow and Wythenshawe.

Follow Ringway Road West for 0.7 miles, then at the traffic lights turn right into Ringway Road, signposted for Terminal 3 and Car Rental Return.

Follow Ringway Road for 0.5 mile. At the mini-roundabout, turn right into Parade Road, signposted T1 and T2.

Follow Parade Road for 200 yards.

At the roundabout, take the first exit, signposted T1 and T2.

At the following roundabout, take the first exit, signposted T3 Meet and Greet (M&G) Reception.

The entrance to T3 Meet & Greet (M&G) is straight ahead.

Our number plate recognition cameras at the entry barrier will scan your car's registration and grant you access to the car park. If the barrier fails to raise, please press the help button to call for assistance.

Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.
