Official Manchester Mid Stay T1/T3 requires a minimum notice of 72 hours prior to your date of arrival into the car park for cancellation or any amendments. Cancellations must be processed via our customer service team during our operational hours.
Please take proof of purchase with you on your day of travel.
On Arrival
As you approach the barrier your license plate should be recognised and the barrier will lift. Please then proceed into the car park.
If the barrier does not automatically lift; press the intercom button and speak to a member of our team quoting your booking reference number.
Drive in and head to the red zone, where you can park in any of the spaces and keep hold of your keys.
On Return
On your return walk back to the car park from the terminal. Collect your car and drive to the exit barrier which will lift automatically. If it doesn’t rise press the intercom button for assistance and quote your reference number.
