Process was easy, I also had to amend my booking and that was very straightforward.

Due to family ill health circumstances I was unable to make my flight. I had purchased the cancellation option just in case, however it was inside the 48 hr waiver timeframe. I rang Andrew’s to ask if I could have a credit NOT a refund but was told no because it was booked through the looking for parking website. I emailed this company and they replied that it was up to Andrew’s to decide the outcome. Totally disappointed as I use this service quite regularly. 😡😡

When I bought the parking they gave me the wrong direction and I nearly missed my flight searching for the location
