Before arrival: Customers are required to call the hotel at least 24h in advance to pre-book their shuttle.

On arrival at the car park, please register your car with the reception team and car park card to be always displayed on the dashboard. Cars without car park tickets can be towed at your expense.

Once you have landed and collected your luggage, you must contact the car park to let them know you have returned. You will then be advised where to go to meet the shuttle driver, who will take you back to the car park.
