Heathrow Stress Free Meet and Greet are a Park Mark and Police Accredited and Heathrow Approved Operator with over 25 years’ experience in parking customer vehicles at Heathrow.

Stress Free priority service at LHR. Same day last minute bookings allowed. Free cancellation, if cancelled before your drop off time.

The airport levy fee of £6.00 covers the cost of charges now being levied by Heathrow Airport to all Meet & Greet operators. This is for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.

Disabled Info

MBW Meet and Greet is designed to offer convenience and that’s why it’s an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use the Transfer Shuttles Services. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return. You would have the use of Disabled bays at the terminals for the ease of access.

  • MBW also offer on-site car valeting and other services on a request basis such as, smart repairs, tyre changes, alloy wheel refurbishment and air conditioning recharge.

  • MBW Drivers wear Orange & Black Hi-Viz uniform with MBW printed at the back and front, each driver has photographic ID

  • Customer must show ID to drivers on collection of their vehicle

  • Customers are required to photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point to support any claim for damage

  • Additional fees for Over-Height vehicles

  • MBW DO NOT take vehicles longer than the standard size car

  • £25 charge if you wish to drop your vehicle or have it returned during Closed Hours.

Outbound

Head to Terminal 2 (T2) Short Stay Car Park, Level 4. Park in a designated bay in rows A or B and make your way directly to the MBW desk which is located near the lifts.

You must keep us informed if you are likely to be more than an hour outside of your booked times (charges may apply). You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area to support any claim for damage. MBW Terms & Conditions apply.

  • Follow signs for T2 Departures and head to the Short Stay Car Park, as you leave the tunnel you will need to be in the right-hand lane.

  • Going up the ramp, keep right. Use the barrier furthest to the right and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking.

  • Take a ticket at the barrier, you must hand this to the MBW Captain.

  • You must photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area.

  • Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to the MBW desk by the lifts. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID.

  • Please ensure you hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain when completing and signing your paperwork.

Head to Terminal 3 (T3) Short Stay Car Park, Level 4. Park in a designated bay in rows A or B and make your way directly to the MBW desk which is located near the lifts.

  • As you leave the tunnel follow signs toward T3, Short Stay Car Park 3.

  • Enter the Short Stay Car Park. Take a ticket at the barrier, you must hand this to the MBW Captain.

  • Drive up to Level 4 following signs for Off Airport Parking and park in either row A or B.

  • You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area.

  • Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to the MBW desk by the lifts. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID.

  • Please ensure you hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain when completing and signing your paperwork.

Outbound

Please call 020 8759 5252 approximately 30 minutes prior to reaching Heathrow and you must keep us informed if you are likely to be more than an hour outside of your booked times (charges may apply).   • As you leave the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow signs for Short Stay Car Park.

  • Please Enter the Short Stay Car Park. Take a ticket at the barrier, you must hand this to the MBW Captain.

  • Drive up the ramp and stay towards the right. Enter the Short Stay Car Park and go down to level 2. Follow signs for Off-Airport Parking & park in rows E or F.

  • You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area.

  • Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to the MBW desk by the lifts. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID.

Head to Terminal 5 (T5) Short Stay Car Park, Level 4. Park in a designated bay in rows R or S and make your way directly to the MBW desk which is located near the lifts.

  • Leave the Terminal 5 roundabout and follow the signs to T5 departures.

  • Keep in the right lane heading up the ramp to the Terminal and follow the signs into the Short Stay Car Park.

  • Keep left and head towards the last set of barriers, use these to enter the Car Park. Take a ticket at the barrier, you must hand this to the MBW Captain.

  • Once you have passed the barriers, follow signs to Off-Airport Parking and park in rows R or S.

  • You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area.

  • Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to the MBW desk by the lifts. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID.

  • As you exit the arrival hall, into the Terminal plaza, turn left and walk towards the UK Arrivals end of the Terminal.

  • Towards the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the Terminal through the main door, then cross the bridge in front of you.

  • Take the left-hand lift and go up to Level 4.

  • The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.

  • Pass the shops on your right (lifts will be in front of you) stairs are to the right of the lift. Take the lifts to upper level.

  • Exit lift, cross the bridge towards the car park. Level 1 pay machines and lifts are to your right, take the lifts to level 4.

  • The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.

  • As you enter the arrivals hall Costa Coffee will be in front of you. Turn left and take the exit next to WH Smith. Cross the 3 lanes using the zebra crossing.

  • Take the set of lifts to your left up to level 2. As you exit the lifts, the MBW desk will be in front of you.

  • The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.

  • With Costa in front of you, turn to your left and head towards the end of the terminal.

  • Pass the shops on your left, keep walking until you pass Café Nero.

  • Turn right immediately after these and exit through the front door of the terminal.

  • As soon as you exit the door of the terminal you will see in front of you a set of lifts to the right.

  • Take the lifts to level 4. As you exit the lifts turn left and you will see the MBW Desk.

  • The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
