The Triangle Car Park is owned and operated by Red Funnel Ferries, the Southampton to Isle of Wight Ferry Operator. We’ve been in business for over 150 years and safely park thousands of vehicles every year. We’re committed to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction throughout our business.

Park in our marked bays secure in the knowledge that your vehicle is monitored 24/7 by CCTV.  Our facility has been Park Mark accredited by the Police. We offer the shortest transfers of all the independent operators as the Triangle is located within the Port of Southampton.  All terminals are within a 4 minute drive, less than 1.2 miles.

Private Taxi Transfer for up to 3 passengers is included! No waiting for an overcrowded bus, your transfer vehicle is dedicated to you. Our service is provided at a time to suit you, not a timetable. For groups of 4 passengers or more: Customers will then need to book a larger cab and pay any difference in fare.

Our Taxi partner is West Quay Cars, one of the largest and most respected operators in Southampton.  We have a long-standing relationship with the team at West Quay Cars who are equally as passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.  They run a modern fleet with fully licensed and uniformed drivers.

All our drivers are licensed and uniformed. On arrival simply dial the number on your confirmation and your vehicle will be dispatched as soon as possible – you’ll even be sent a text with the registration of the car that is collecting you!  Our partner has a fleet of over 75 high quality vehicles ensuring minimal waiting times.

Disabled bays are available on a first come first served basis and the blue badge must be left on display. The parking service will do its best to ensure that a bay is available with advance notice. Please contact the car park directly to do this.

A wheelchair friendly vehicle can be arranged for the transfer at no additional charge. The customer must contact the car park to request this and advise the cruise ship and terminal they are travelling on prior to travel

You will need to print your confirmation email and take it with you to present to the parking representatives on the day of drop off and on return.

The car park has a height restriction of 2 metres.

If you have any special requirements or if your passenger numbers exceed 4, then please notify Red Funnel or Looking4Parking customer services once your booking has been confirmed by email with your order reference.

On arrival: Drive into the car park and your registration will be recognised automatically. You can then park in any space. Please keep your keys with you. Your car will be monitored by CCTV in our Park Mark accredited facility.

Once you have parked your car, please call the number on your confirmation and quote your surname and car registration number. Your vehicle will be dispatched as soon as possible. You will be sent a text message with the registration number of the vehicle that is collecting you. This service is provided by West Quay Cars and included in the price of your parking.

Transfer to Terminal: Private Taxi transfer for 4 passengers is included and takes just 4 minutes to any Southampton Cruise Terminal.

On your return: Once you have collected your luggage, please call the number on your confirmation email and quote your surname and car registration number. Your vehicle will be dispatched as soon as possible. You will be sent a text message with the registration number of the vehicle that is collecting you outside the terminal. This service is provided by West Quay Cars and included in the price of your parking.

Getting to Triangle Parking Southampton:

From the North, East & London regions:

- Travelling on the M3 southbound, follow signs for Southampton.

- Merge onto the M27 and follow the signs for the M27 West.

- Leave the M27 at Junction 3 and at the roundabout take the 1st exit signed M271 toward Southampton/The Docks.

- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A33 slip road to City centre/Docks/A35.

- Merge onto Redbridge Rd/A33, Keep right to stay on Redbridge Rd/A33.

- Keep right to continue on Mountbatten Way/A33, drive to Town Quay/A33.

- Drive past Town Quay, keep right and take the first right onto Cunard Road at the traffic lights signposted ‘Triangle Car Park’.

- Take a right into the Triangle Car Park.

From the West:

- From the end of the A31 Poole & Bournemouth follow road through the New Forest to join the M27.

- Leave the M27 at Junction 3 and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit signed M271 toward Southampton/ The Docks.

- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A33 slip road to City centre/Docks/A35.

- Merge onto Redbridge Rd/A33, Keep right to stay on Redbridge Rd/A33.

- Keep right to continue on Mountbatten Way/A33, drive to Town Quay/A33.
