When you arrive at Airport Express Parking: Pull into the lot by the attendant's booth. A valet driver will ride with you to the airport departure terminal (2 minutes drive time). The Valet does the work getting your luggage out so you can continue on your trip. You give your keys to the Valet and they will return your car to the nearby secure lot. The lot is 24/7 but you cannot check in your car until 4:00 AM.NOTES for Valet Curbside service:
It is very important that the times of your check-in and check-out are the times you plan on coming in and out of the lot. Please call Airport Express Parking if you are running more than 15 minutes earlier or later that your scheduled pick up time. A correct pickup/drop off time helps ensure the customer is picked up at their desired time.
Your reservation will be cancelled after an hour of your scheduled pickup if you don't show or call to update your arrival time.
DEPARTURES: The lot opens at 4:00 AM every day. Customers can park their cars beginning at this time and NOT EARLIER please. If you made a reservation to arrive before 4:00 AM you must call the lot directly to change your parking time or your reservation will not be honored. Same day reservations welcome.
On Return
When you arrive back and have your bags in hand, please call Airport Express Parking (curbside valet) with your information and they will bring your car to the Arrivals area curbside.
