Shuttles are based on your scheduled check in time that you reserved. Make sure the arrival time you scheduled is the correct time of your arrival, if you are running early or late it is fine, just make sure to call the lot and change your check in/shuttle time.Pull into the lot, park in any open parking spot and the shuttle will pull up to you/load you into the shuttle and take you to the airport. You do not need to print your confirmation if you are able to show it on a mobile device.You can check in directly with your shuttle driver, if no shuttle is present but the gate is open, the shuttle is at the airport and will be back as soon as possible.DEPARTURES: The Cleveland Airport does not open until 4:15 AM (please see airport website), and the lot opens at 3:45 AM for check ins every day. Customers can park their cars beginning at this time and NO EARLIER. If you made a reservation to book with the lot before 3:45 AM you must call the lot directly to change your parking time or your reservation will not be honored.

When you return to the airport and have your bags in hand, please give the lot a call. If you provided them with the correct flight info they will be actively tracking it for any delays and adjust accordingly. Call the lot when you are ready to be picked up with your bags on the curb, not before. They are not allowed to pull up until you have all your bags.
