On Arrival
When you arrive, pull up to the gate on the right as you enter. A lot attendant will greet you and request your Terminal information. A shuttle going to that Terminal will meet you directly at your vehicle, the driver will hand you a locator slip for your return home, and you'll quickly be on your way!
On Return
Temporary Pick-Up Instructions due to COVID-19 related changes: Upon return, please call for a shuttle pick-up. Due to low travel demand, this facility is temporarily operating on an on-call basis.Shuttles depart on demand but due to limited seating capacity and the decrease in travel demand, you may experience waits of up to 15-20 minutes.After calling for your Shuttle pickup: Proceed to the lower level of your Terminal and The Parking Spot DFW PREMIUM and NORTH shuttle will meet you under the "Courtesy Van" sign on either end of the concourse (both The Parking Spot PREMIUM and NORTH are accessible by the same fleet). The shuttle you are on will either stop at one more Terminal or head directly back to The Parking Spot. You'll do a brief drop-off at The Parking Spot PREMIUM (if any guests on the shuttle parked there), and then quickly head back to NORTH.
