Reservations for The Parking Spot are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are unable to issue a refund under any circumstances. Please make sure all your reservation information is correct before completing your reservation.
On Arrival
When you arrive, pull up to the gate on the right as you enter the lot, and a lot attendant will greet you, asking you what Terminal you are flying out of. A shuttle going to that Terminal will meet you directly at your vehicle, the driver will hand you a locator slip for your return home, and you'll quickly be on your way!
On Return
After your flight home, proceed to the lower level of your Terminal and The Parking Spot DFW PREMIUM and NORTH shuttle will meet you under the "Courtesy Van" sign on either end of the concourse (both The Parking Spot PREMIUM and NORTH are accessible by the same fleet). The shuttle will either stop at one more Terminal or head directly back to The Parking Spot. You'll do a brief drop-off at The Parking Spot PREMIUM (if any guests on the shuttle parked there), and then quickly head back to NORTH. If you land between 10 PM and 7 AM, please call for pick-up.
