On Arrival
For most efficient service, please call the hotel after making your reservation to schedule your airport shuttle times. Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk and be prepared to show a copy of your Reservation Receipt. Please note: If you have not already pre-scheduled your airport shuttle with the hotel, average wait is 15-30 minutes. Please allow plenty of time to check in and catch the airport shuttle.IMPORTANT: When you check in at the hotel front desk upon arrival you will be required to submit a form of payment for a pre-authorization amount similar to the parking cost you paid online. This amount will be refunded automatically if you return to your pick up your vehicle by the checkout date/time specified on your reservation. If you park longer than indicated on your reservation receipt, you can settle any additional charges at the front desk when picking up your vehicle. Guests who have not settled any additional parking charges will be subject to the full pre-authorization amount.
On Return
When you have returned to the airport, after retrieving you luggage, please call hotel at 780-955-3001 to request a pick-up and wait at door #9.
