On Arrival
Please arrive at PreFlight Self Park Premium 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal.Follow "Self Park" signs to second level. Push red call button as you enter second level and park anywhere on second floor. Please wait at your vehicle as one of the shuttle buses will pick you and your luggage up right at your vehicle within five minutes. Be sure to get a red locator slip from the driver. The red locator slip will have your parking space identified and directions on where to get picked up upon your return.
On Return
Upon your return, after you have collected your luggage, proceed to the lower level outer lane zone 3. A PreFlight shuttle stops at zone 3 every 4 - 6 minutes. Give your red slip to the driver.For wheelchair accessible shuttles, please call PreFlight directly as soon as possible upon your return as it may take up to 30 minutes for a wheel chair accessible vehicle to pick you up from the airport. ** Be sure to use the manned checkout line and present your PRINTED RESERVATION RECEIPT to the cashier. Credit cannot be given for your reservation if you do not present voucher to cashier or if you use the automated checkout**.
