Please take proof of reservation with you on your day of travel. Reservations for The Parking Spot are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are unable to issue a refund under any circumstances. Please make sure all your reservation information is correct before completing your reservation.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before you want to be at the airport terminal. When you arrive, scan the QR code located on your reservation receipt and follow directions for the available parking type you reserved. Shuttle will pick you up at nearest shuttle stop.

Temporary Pick-Up Instructions due to COVID-19 related changes: Upon return, please call 314-428-4204 for shuttle pick-up. Due to low travel demand, this facility is temporarily operating on an on-call basis.Shuttles depart on demand but due to limited seating capacity and the decrease in travel demand, you may experience waits of up to 15-20 minutes.When you return from your trip: Collect your luggage and proceed to the shuttle pick-up area. Make sure to board The Parking Spot 3 shuttle. If you land between 10PM – 7AM, call 314-428-4204 for airport pick up.
