On Arrival

Upon arriving at the lot, enter the underground parking garage using the ramp located next to the front entrance. You can park in any spot, then take the elevator to Ground Level and proceed to the front desk to pick up your parking permit. You will need to go back to your vehicle to place the parking permit inside before leaving. Please have your confirmation ready and make note of your parking spot number to expedite the process.**PLEASE NOTE: Height of the entrance to the hotel's covered parking structure measures at 6'6". If this is an issue for your vehicle, please consult with the hotel's front desk.

On Return

Upon return, after collecting your luggage, please call the hotel at 310-640-3600 to arrange for pickup. Please let the attendant on the phone know the terminal # you are in or the airline you arrived on. We pick up from the upper level, at “Departures”. You will need to locate the RED “Hotel Shuttles” sign. Our shuttle is white with a green “E” on the side and will note Embassy Suites LAX South. There are two ways to get to the upper level: from outside of baggage claim you can take an escalator up, or from inside of baggage claim there is an elevator. Please note: LAX has some major construction projects underway and may impact wait times for our shuttle during lane closures.When arriving back at the hotel, enter the main lobby and take the elevator to your parking level (P1 or P2) and pick up your vehicle.
