Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to the time you wish to depart the hotel for the airport. Upon arrival, report to the front desk and be prepared to show a copy of your Reservation Receipt. You will be given a parking pass that needs to be visible in your windshield. Vehicles that do not have a parking pass may be towed.

Upon return to the airport from your trip, call the hotel at 804-226-6400 once you have your luggage. Proceed out the doors closest to the baggage terminals on the bottom floor, go over to the center aisle where it shows hotel courtesy vans, The hotel van will pick you up. Airport security does not allow hotel courtesy vans to wait for guests so you will need to have your luggage and call when ready and outside. The wait normally takes around fifteen to twenty minutes! If you have waited at the center isle for twenty minutes with no shuttle service, call the hotel to let them know you will take a cab over. The cab normally charges $10 to $12 for the shuttle ride over. Please get a receipt from the cab and present it to the desk for reimbursement (tips are not reimbursable).
