Upon arriving at the parking facility, please proceed to level 7 where you will be greeted by a lot attendant. At the time of check-in, you must provide the attendant with your reservation information, name of the ship, and number of guest(s) traveling with you.Park in Miami reserves the right to substitute self-parking of your vehicle for valet parking services at the lot's discretion. and nbsp; and nbsp;Your driver will provide you with pick up instructions. A document with multiple flags explaining the guidelines will be provided. Please keep this document with you as it will be beneficial for the shuttle drivers to locate you during pick up. Upon returning from your trip, please flag the drivers down utilizing the document previously provided to you prior to departing.

UPON ARRIVING: Go up the ramp and retrieve a ticket from the machine. Once in the facility, see the attendant, and present your parking confirmation. If no attendant is present, park in any open space from the 3rd floor and above (NO ROOF TOP PARKING). Take the elevator down to the 2nd level and go down the ramp you came in with the vehicle. The shuttle will pick you up on the sidewalk. Check in starts at 10:30 AM. Shuttle service to the port starts at 11:00 AM and runs continuously throughout the day until 2:30 PM. ONLY (4) passengers will be shuttled to the port of Miami as a courtesy free of Charge. Any additional passenger(s) must be dropped off at the port prior to arriving at our parking facilities. UPON RETURNING: Pick up at the port for arriving customers ONLY starts at 7:30 AM. Upon debarking from your cruise, please follow the guidelines provided by your driver. MAKE SURE TO HAVE PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS IN HAND AS THIS IS HOW THEY WILL BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY YOU. In the event that the 35-minute pick up grace period has been exceeded, call the shuttle dispatch hotline at 786-780-9211. Please be sure to look for the WHITE vans with the specific logo only: WEPARKINMIAMI UPON ARRIVING TO THE GARAGE, EXIT THE FACILITY AND PROVIDE ATTENDANT WITH THE HANG TAG RECEIVED AT CHECKING IN. IN THE ABSENCE OF AN ATTENDANT, YOU MAY PRESS THE ASSISTANCE BUTTON TO EXIT THE GARAGE, IF NEEDED.
