IF YOU DON'T CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A FREE VOUCHER FOR UBER TRANSPORTATION Parking Instructions: Upon arrival at the lot, please enter through the garage at the 4th Ave and F Street entrance. Once inside the garage, there will be four different entry points. Pull to the left lane and take a ticket from the machine. Enter through the gate and drive to the first back wall with the posted black "Reserved Parking" signs. Please park in one of these reserved spots. If all stalls are fully occupied, then you are welcome to park anywhere else that does not have a reserve sign. Check-in Hours: Lot check-in hours are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Please contact the Parking Garage at least 24 hours prior if outside of those check-in hours.Check-in Instructions: Go to the parking office (located next to main entrance) to check in please. Make sure to bring the ticket you pulled and your license plate number. The office clerk will provide you with instructions for exiting the garage at the time of your departure. After checking in, you can request an Uber through your Uber app using promo code given at the office. The most convenient location for pick-up and drop-off will be on Broadway Circle.

Upon return from your trip, whether at the airport or cruise port, please use the same promo code used (VOUCHER) at the beginning of the trip to request UBER through the UBER app for a ride back to the lot.
