Ace Airport Parking Gatwick provides a high quality meet & greet parking service. Meet & greet has become very popular in the UK and is a service whereby you can drive your car directly to the airport terminal prior to travel saving you from having to go to distant car parks, find a space, park and get on a bus and thus providing you with amazing convenience.
When you arrive at the terminal, a trained and uniformed Ace Parking representative is waiting to meet you and all you need to do walk into the terminal and check in. There’s no waiting around, no shuttle bus and you’ll save on average 30 minute at each end of your journey. The Ace Airport Parking rep then drives your car to Ace Parking’s secure car park facility where your car is taken care of whilst you are away.
The best news, is that this highly convenient and luxurious service isn’t expensive either!
Ace Parking Meet and Greet Gatwick is an Approved Gatwick parking company that offers first class meet and greet parking services for Gatwick Airport. You will be met at one of the airport’s official Approved Operator Areas which are as close as possible to the terminal and are exclusive to Approved Operators. These areas provide a safer quieter environment for you to handover your car before heading straight in to the terminal.
Ace Parking is a well established company with the experience to ensure a completely smooth and hassle free service to customers departing from Gatwick airport. The company has been in operation for over 10 years and its founder is still very much involved on a day to day basis.
The team of uniformed, well trained drivers will take care of your car from start to finish. The car park facility is safe and secure with 24/7 security including fully monitored CCTV and security patrols.

Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple Manor prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple Manor ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
-Meeting Point - Hampton-by-Hilton North Terminal Car park
- Follow signs to the North Terminal roundabout - At that roundabout follow the BROWN SIGNS for the "Hampton-by-Hilton Hotel".
- Drive past the Shell Fuel Station to the next roundabout - At that roundabout, take the 2nd exit following the BROWN SIGNS for the "Hampton-by-Hilton Hotel".
- Follow the road to the Hampton-by-Hilton Hotel car park and pull up at the entrance barrier.
- The code to enter the meeting area is "1992"
- Drive to the far end where there are assigned (RESERVED) ACE /Maple Manor Parking Bays (numbered 1-35).
- Please park in one of these designated parking bays where you will be met by one of our Handover Captains.
As you drive in to the South Terminal, please stay in the right hand lane and follow signs for SHORT STAY & PICK UP. At the SHORT STAY barriers take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver. Drive in to the ORANGE CAR PARK and go up to LEVEL 1. At LEVEL 1 turn right and you will see the APPROVED OPERATOR AREA. Please park up in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts. Please make yourself known to the uniformed Ace (or Maple Manor) staff so that the necessary documentation can be completed with you promptly and you can proceed to check in.
As soon as you have collected your luggage, Please call Ace Parking to let them know that you are ready for your car. Then make your way to the Approved meeting point as follows…
As you leave the North Terminal Customs’ area, head towards the Terminal’s main exit doors. Just before the exit doors, take a lift to the 1st floor following the signs to the Hampton-by-Hilton Hotel. Continue past Hotel reception, through the automatic doors and along a walkway until you arrive at the lift. Having entered the lift, select LEVEL 0/ "APPROVED OPERATORS/HOTEL CAR PARK" and exit lift. Your car will be returned to one of the RESERVED ACE/Maple Manor Parking Bays (numbered 1-35).
Follow signs to SHORT TERM CAR PARK orange car park 3 LEVEL 1 Row D & E. (APPROVED OPERATOR BAYS) and wait in the safe zone waiting area (lift lobby) until your vehicle is returned. (The same location that you left your car)
