On Arrival

Please arrive at Park 'N Go 20 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the airport. You are greeted at the gate and directed to an open space. Shuttle driver will pick you up at your car and provide luggage assistance.

During peak travel times, you may be required to leave your keys.

On Return

Upon your return, look for a shuttle with Park 'N Go's name on it. If you do not see one right-away, call the number on the yellow slip provided to you at check-in. It also helps if you keep the yellow slip in your hand so that our driver can more easily identify you. Airport shuttles share a designated pick-up area with the "hotel" shuttles. Pick-up will be on the lower level, outside of baggage claim. Please be aware that the shuttle cannot stop in front of the terminal doors. Once you board the shuttle, please provide the driver with the yellow ticket you were given when you parked your car. This will help your shuttle driver drop you off right at your car.
