When you arrive at the airport after you get your luggage you must call 408-565-5243 to request your shuttle.From Terminal B (if you came from South West,  or Alaska Airlines domestic flights): Come out from the baggage claim, go across to the center island, walk to the right, wait by “#11" sign where it says “Off Airport Parking ” please look for van “Park and Jet”.  From Terminal A (if you came from all other Airlines and Alaska Airlines international flights): Come out from the baggage claim, go left all the way down to the end of the brown building. When you get to the end of the building wait by the sign "#8" which says “Courtesy Shuttle” please look for van “Park and Jet”.
