Your vehicle will be inspected in your presence and all damages, kilo-meters, and fuel, which will all be logged on the documentation, which you as a client will countersign and keep a copy of.

No transfers are needed, Fly & Park Meet and Greet will be an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return.

Please print and take a copy of your confirmation email with you on your day of travel.

Servicing of vehicles – vehicles can be taken to a dealership with an additional cost of R 250.00 (Umhlanga and surrounding).

Fuel Top up – No extra cost except price of petrol.

Fly And Park drivers are neatly attired with orange and black uniforms that are easily identifiable. Your vehicle will be allocated to a certain driver that will be waiting for you at the Terminal, Drop Off Zone. The driver will present to you a branded Fly and Park booking card reflecting the unique booking reference no. that is compulsory for you to sign. Please keep the booking card because you will need this on return.

On drop off, the driver will have provided you with the details you need in order to have your car returned.
