Staff are experienced, friendly and professional, with stringent security to keep the car safe and fully comprehensive insurance for peace of mind. This is the non flexible version of the product. Vans or large vehicles bigger than an average sized family car will not be accepted.

Non flexible booking: this booking cannot be cancelled or amended, and the booking fee is non-refundable.

Large vehicles: vans or large vehicles bigger than an average sized family car will not be accepted. Customers who book with a large vehicle type and do not check before they travel are not entitled to a refund. Such vehicles may be charged an extra £30.00 on arrival.

EV charging: EV charging is not available at the company's car park. The operator will arrange for the car to be taken to the nearest supercharging facility on request.

Customers call the 24/7 number 07807 475 751 20 minutes before they arrive at the terminal. South Terminal (RH6 0NP): customers stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park (Pick Up), take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to the Orange Car Park 3, Level 1 (Approved Operator bays). North Terminal (RH6 0PJ): customers stay in the left lane following signs for Short Stay Car Park 5 (the first car park on the right after the barriers), take a ticket at the barrier, proceed to the ground floor of Car Park 5 and follow the signs for Approved Operators. Staff wear branded orange jackets and explain the returns procedure on arrival.
