Customers go to Charlwood Road, Lowfield Heath, Crawley, West Sussex, RH11 0QB. They drive through the barrier and a member of the team tells them where to park. Customers note the lane number and head to reception to check in, with their booking confirmation details to hand. Once checked in, customers drop their car keys in the red box with their lane number and receive a ticket, which they keep safe as it must be shown to the bus driver and has instructions on the back for the return. Customers returning early should contact the car park directly to give as much notice as possible, otherwise there may be a delay before the car is returned.
