On Arrival
Customers drive straight into the car photo booth, which scans the car for reference and protection and takes no more than 5 seconds. They park in the arrivals lane and check in using one of the machines, which gives them a ticket. Customers also receive a tag to attach to their keys. They drop their keys into the key-drop box outside reception, making sure to use the box for their lane number, and then catch the shuttle bus to the terminal. The bus is included in the price and runs regularly 24 hours a day. The journey takes around 14 minutes. The car is parked while customers make their way to the terminal.
On Return
When customers return, they catch the shuttle bus back to the car park and show the driver the ticket they received on arrival. At the car park, they go to the check-out shelter and follow the instructions on the key dispenser, which returns the keys and shows where the car is parked. On the way out, customers insert their ticket into the exit barrier and wait for it to lift.
