Additional Info
Cancellations: bookings can be cancelled and modified free of charge up to 24 hours before the entry start date.
Late returns: the car park offers a grace period of 2 hours. Any stay longer than this results in an overstay fee. For each part or full additional 24 hour period the car stays in the car park, the overstay charge is calculated as a full 24 hours at the charging rate displayed at the entrance. Daily rates are £70.00 per 24 hours.
Extending a booking: to extend, customers create a new booking from their current exit date to the new exit date, which avoids the overstay charge. Customers who create an overstay booking should have both booking references ready on exit.
On Arrival
From the M1, customers take Junction 10 onto the A1081 and follow the signs to London Luton Airport and Terminal Car Park 1. Once in Terminal Car Park 1, customers go to Level 2, where Priority Parking is signposted.
- Follow the signs to Priority Parking on Level 2.
- Drive up to the entry barrier. HD cameras automatically capture a 360 degree image of the vehicle.
- The barrier opens automatically after recognising the booking.
- Park in any available bay, noting the bay number, and go to Priority Parking Reception.
- Check in using the QR code, barcode or vehicle registration.
- A label with the booking details prints. Customers attach it to their keys using a key tag and drop the keys in the secure key chute. Customers should keep the return receipt safe.
- A professional driver moves the vehicle to a secure on-site storage location.
On Return
Customers who are delayed or arriving earlier than planned can text the number on their return receipt so that the vehicle is ready.
- The vehicle is returned in advance and rescanned by the HD camera system to confirm its condition.
- Customers scan the QR code or barcode on the receipt at the collection locker to retrieve their keys.
- The system shows the return bay for pickup.
If a customer is exiting within the booked timeframe but the exit barrier asks for payment, they should press the assistance button at the exit barrier with the booking reference ready.
