There are designated Blue Badge bays for travellers with reduced mobility on the ground floor of the car park. Customers need to display their badge while they are away. If they need to take the badge with them, they should show it to the team in the car park office on the ground floor before they fly.

There are Special Assistance Call Points linked to the terminal's service desk for customers who need to request help while they are at the car park.

Grace period: the car park offers a grace period of 2 hours, at its discretion. Any longer than this is charged at the car park's standard rate of £15 per day, which is subject to change.

Vehicle size: most standard cars (without trailers, and not commercial vehicles) are accepted as long as they fit under the 2.2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Electric vehicles: there are 4 charging points for electric vehicles on the first floor of the car park, which operate on a first come first served basis.

The car park is on the airport grounds, a 1 to 3 minute walk to the terminal. When customers arrive at the car park, the car's registration is read and recognised, the barrier lifts and customers are given a ticket, which they should keep safe. Customers park in any space and take the short walk to the terminal. They keep their keys, so the car will be in the same place when they return.

Customers walk back to the car park to collect their car. They insert their ticket into the barrier and drive out.
