Operated by Airport Authority, the Jet Parks 1 car park for East Midlands airport offers a cheap and secure service which is often cheaper than a return taxi journey to the airport. It is also more environmentally friendly that getting a friend to drop you off and pick you up. The car park is around 8 minutes away from the terminal by shuttle bus. This onsite parking service is easy, simple and effective and perfect for business and leisure trips.

East Midlands Official JetParks 1 requires a minimum notice of 72 hours prior to your date of arrival into the car park for cancellation or any amendments.

Jet Parks 1 does not have dedicated disabled spaces

East Midlands Official JetParks 1 requires a minimum notice of 72 hours prior to your date of arrival into the car park for cancellation or any amendments. Cancellations must be processed via our customer service team during our operational hours.

Please take proof of purchase with you on your day of travel.

• Drive up to the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and stop


• The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR) will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen


• If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry


• Please DO NOT press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this is not required and doing so will disable the ANPR system in relation to your booking

• Proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop


• The ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen


• If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit


• Please DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken

After leaving the M1 follow the A453 for 2.8 miles going past the airport until you reach a roundabout, turn right and after a few hundred yards reach the final roundabout with JetParks 1 car park on your left.
Alternatively, on arrival at the Airport main entrance, turn left at the roundabout and then follow signs to JetParks 1.
