Heathrow evPark Giant - Meet & Greet with EV Charging

Heathrow Airport’s first ever Meet & Greet EV Charging product. Airport Approved parking with EV Charging included. Simply arrive at your pre-booked terminal where staff will meet you and we will then park your vehicle in a secure off-site car park while you’re away.

Fully insured drivers, airport fees included (within terms) and an Airport Approved Parking Operator. With EV vehicles, ALL customers are required to monitor their own vehicle charge levels whilst away and to report any matter to the company no less than 48 hours before booked return. Additional charges apply for vehicles above 2m of height and customers are required to email contact@parkgiant.co.uk to advise upon/ prior to booking to confirm availability, additional costs and an alternative drop-off area.

Heathrow Airport is within the ULEZ and it is a customer’s responsibility to check and pay ULEZ fees for the departure day and arrival day only (unless customer is driving within ULEZ prior to travel, or after arriving).

The service operates between 04:30 to Midnight. There are extra charges for returns outside of these hours and customers are required to inform us of any changes to flight times.

The service operates between 04:45 to Midnight. For returns outside of these hours, there is a £40 charge for the first hour and any addition hour will cost £25 to cover the cost of 2 staff members..

Please ensure that you have your booking confirmation email with you when you travel.
Your vehicle needs to be roadworthy and safe to be driven by the chauffeurs. The company may not accept a vehicle with less than a 15% charge on drop-off and can only guarantee a minimum charge level of 80%.
Please ensure that you have the 3 pin plug EV charging cables stored in the vehicle and the company will not accept liability for any issue arising from an EV charge or charging level. Please note that standard charging times will apply with standard charging facilities and your travel dates and times may limit charging.
Tesla Supercharging is available with Meet & Greet and additional Tesla costs may apply. Available at request only.

IMPORTANT: From 29th of August 2023, the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) in London will include Heathrow Airport. Vehicles that do not meet the ULEZ standards will face a daily charge. This is for the day of departure and day of arrival only and will be relevant for any other days you are driving in the area. For more information about this please visit TFL.gov.uk

• T2: Head to T2 Short Stay Car Park Level 4. Park in a designated bay in rows B where you will be met by staff. TW6 1EW) Height restriction for Short Stay T2 is 2.1m


• T3: Head to T3 Short Stay Car Park Level 4. Park in a designated bay in rows B where you will be met by staff. (TW6 1QG) Height restriction for Short Stay T3 is 2.2m


• T4: Head to T4 Short Stay Car Park level 2. Park in a designated bay in rows E or F where you will be met by staff. (TW6 3XA) Height restriction for Short Stay T4 is 2.1m

On your return, please call us twice, Firstly, call as soon as you land and again once you have collected your luggage.

You must check your vehicle upon arrival and advise us of any concerns before moving from the parking bay. This can be done by taking a photograph/ short video while in the car park and sending on email. Driving staff and phone staff will be unable to provide further information and you must email the office to allow for an investigation.

Sign the paperwork and collect your vehicle from the designated point.

Entering the Heathrow Drop-Off areas (signposted) will incur additional fees that are payable directly to the airport.

Terminal 2- Postcode TW6 1EW
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers.
Take the barrier ticket and enter the car park. Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B". where you will be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.

Terminal 3- Postcode TW6 3QG
From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3).
Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4, then park your vehicle in ROW “A” where you will be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.

Terminal 4 - Post Code TW6 3XA
As you leave the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow signs for Short Stay Parking. Drive up the ramp and stay towards the right. Take a ticket enter the Short Stay Car Park, stay on the right and go to level 2. Follow signs for Off-Airport Parking, Rows E and F and park in a bay where your uniformed driver will meet you.

Terminal 5 - Post Code TW6 2GA
Drive towards the PICK UP AND DEPATURE. As you go up the ramp you will see signs for SHORT STAY CAR PARK. Follow the sign (this is Level 4 of the TERMINAL CAR PARK) but keep in the left-hand side lane marked FAST TRACK BUSINESS PARKING, drive to the barrier and take a ticket, (There is no additional charge to the customer for entering the TERMINAL CAR PARK) then proceed to ROW S or R, where you will be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.
