Manchester Airport have taken the following steps to help Fight Covid-19

• Mandatory face mask notices on the doors


• Covid 19 warnings exterior and interior


• Rear door loading only (unless one door vehicle)


• Floor markings indicating 2m zone around the driver


• Drivers cab has a guard screen over the swing door and drivers wear masks when social distancing is not possible


• Enhanced cleaning of the vehicle daily when fuelling


• Citrox protection (kills the virus on contact of any of the buses surfaces that others touch - grab handles, seat backs, luggage racks etc) and this is swab tested weekly


• Reduced maximum capacity of buses to ensure safe social distancing and comfort but maintain service (less people per bus, but more buses available)

• Right opposite Terminal 2


• Offers transfers 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes and they take just 5 minutes

The transfer buses are accessible for wheelchair users.

This booking is for Terminal 2 ONLY.

If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate.

Manchester Airport Transformation Programme update – changes to Terminal 2 

As part of the £1bn redevelopment of Manchester Airport they are making some changes to the facilities in and around Terminal 2 over the next couple of years. These will include some changes to where passengers drop off, pick up and park, along with some minor alterations to the road network.    

From Thursday 19th October 00.01, the departures forecourt at Terminal 2 will no longer be accessible for passenger drop off. Passengers will be directed to a new departures forecourt which will be located on the ground floor of the multi-storey.

There will be plenty of signage directing you but please leave some extra time for your journey if you are not familiar with the airport layout.  

There is plenty of signage to help you find your way and the postcode remains M90 4ZY

As you approach the barrier your license plate should be recognised and the barrier will lift. Please then proceed into the car park.

If the barrier does not automatically lift; press the intercom button and speak to a member of our team quoting your booking reference number.

Drive to the exit, the barrier will lift automatically. If prompted for over-stay payment use integrated chip & pin device.

Leave the M56 at Junction 5. Keep to the left and take the first exit signposted Terminal 2.

At the roundabout, take the first exit into Enterprise Way, and then approximately 0.1 mile yards further on, turn left into Thorley Lane. Continue down Thorley Lane, past the Etrop Grange Hotel, and the entrance to Jet Parks 1 is immediately afterwards on your left-hand side.

Transfer time: 5-9 minutes
