How does pre-booking parking work?

Pre-booking is the cheapest and best way to secure your airport parking. Simply search for your chosen airport, input your dates and times of arrival/departure and find the most suitable car park for you. 

Is it my flight times or drop off/collection times I need to enter?

Please enter the times of drop off and collection. 

Please allow at least 2 hours prior to your flight take-off time (3 hours for long-haul flights) and at least half an hour after your landing time on return. 

What do I need to do once I have pre-booked my parking?

You will receive a booking confirmation which will have all the details you need for your upcoming trip. Please check all details at least one week before you are due to travel to ensure that the vehicle details, dates and times are correct. Also ensure you have read all the important information and arrival and return instructions. 

Can I cancel a booking if it’s no longer needed?

If you have booked a flexible parking option, you can visit the members’ area which will allow you to amend or cancel your booking as per our standard terms and conditions.

Can I amend a booking?

All flexible bookings can be amended. Please visit the members’ area (https://www.looking4.com/uk/members) to do this. In the members’ area, you can amend bookings, make new bookings, and resend confirmation emails. If for any reason you are unable to amend the booking using the members’ area please email our customer service team who will help you with your query.
