Disabled Info

MBW Meet and Greet is designed to offer convenience and that’s why it’s an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use the Transfer Shuttles Services. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return. You would have the use of Disabled bays at the terminals for the ease of access.

Overstay charges vary from £15.00 to £25.00 depending on the time of travel


If you are more than 45 minutes late for your drop off, the car park have a charge of £7.50 which will be payable on arrival.


•Electric charging can be requested at the time of dropping your vehicle at our desk, at a fee of £20.00.


•MBW also offer on-site car valeting and other services on a request basis such as smart repairs, tyre changes, alloy wheel refurbishment and air conditioning recharge.


•MBW Drivers wear Orange & Black Hi-Viz uniform with MBW printed at the back and front, each driver has photographic ID


•Customer must show ID to drivers on collection of their vehicle


•Customers are required to photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point to support any claim for damage.


•Additional fees for Over-Height vehicles


•MBW DO NOT take vehicles longer than the standard size car


•£25 charge if you wish to drop your vehicle or have it returned during Closed Hours.


Please be aware that from the 29th of August 2023 the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) in London is being expanded to include Heathrow airport. Vehicles that do not meet the ULEZ standards could face a daily charge. For more information about this please visit TFL.gov.uk

Follow signs for T2 Departures Short Stay Car Park; as you leave the tunnel keep in the


right-hand lane.


Going up the ramp, keep right. Take a ticket at the barrier furthest to the right and follow


signs for Off-Airport Parking. You must hand the ticket to the MBW Captain.


Photograph the vehicle, damage claims will not be accepted without evidence and our


staff will only carry out a cursory exterior check. See Terms.


Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to


the MBW desk by the lifts. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing


MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID.


Please ensure you hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain when completing


and signing your paperwork.

 As you approach Terminal 4, please follow the signs to Remote Drop-Off /Long Stay T4.
 Enter the Park & Ride Car Park and cross the barriers to Zone A
 Your number plate will be read and scanned by the automated barrier.
 Please find a suitable parking bay in Zone A, close to the numerous Bus Stops within the car park, which
makes baggage offloading easier.
 The MBW Driver will be expecting you, but may call you to understand which bay you have parked in.
 Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, please hand over your keys to the
uniformed MBW Driver wearing Orange & Black high-vis jackets & carrying company-issued ID.

 Once the keys are handed over, it’s a short shuttle (4/6 minutes) with Heathrow’s complimentary Shuttle
service to the main Terminal Building.
 Shuttles leave every 5 minutes, but we advise allowing an extra 30 minutes to your check-in times to allow
for these changes to Terminal 4.
PLEASE NOTE YOUR VEHICLE CANNOT BE COLLECTED WITHOUT A 30-MINUTE CALL BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE
TERMINAL 4 PARK & RIDE CAR PARK.
DUE TO THE NEW TERMINAL 4 RESTRICTIONS & RENOVATIONS OF THE ONSITE CAR PARK, THIS IS THE ONLY WAY

vehicle to be returned please wait inside the terminal until further notice. If you arrive early


or late and outside of booked times, please be prepared to wait.


As you exit the arrival hall into the Terminal plaza, turn left and walk towards the UK Arrivals


end of the Terminal. Nearing the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the Terminal through


the main door, then cross the bridge in front of you. Take the left hand lift and go up to


Level 4.


The Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk.

and the lifts will be in front of you. Take the lifts to upper level.


Exit the lift, cross the bridge towards the Short Stay Car Park. You will see another set of lifts,


take these to LEVEL 4. As you exit the lift you will see the MBW Desk


The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking


ticket for your exit.

Exit from the arrivals hall, and head to the signposted “Park & Ride 4/Zone A Shuttle” bus stops. (designated bus tops 5,6 & 7) directly outside the Terminal Building.


There will be numerous Heathrow Staff assisting with this transition and will be there to help and point you in the right direction.


Upon arrival at the car park, your vehicle, accompanied by an MBW uniformed driver, will be waiting to assist you and hand over the vehicle and its keys.


If possible, the driver may call to identify which Bus Stop you have disembarked and attempt to get yourvehicle as close as possible for Baggage Loading.

As you leave the arrivals hall, you will see Costa Coffee in front of you, turn to your left and


head towards the end of the terminal.


Pass the shops on your left, keep walking until you pass Café Nero.


Turn right immediately after these and exit through the front door of the terminal.


As soon as you exit the door of the terminal you will see the lifts. Take the lifts to Level 4. As


you exit the lifts turn left and you will see the MBW Desk.


The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking


ticket for your exit.
