Just a stone's throw away from terminal 1, the multi-storey is the ultimate in convenience. In fact it couldn't be any easier. Simply park, unload your baggage and walk to check-in.

Cancel Policy

You can cancel the Manchester Official Multi-Storey T1 contract by giving us at least 1 hour notice prior to the car park arrival time and date. Once the cancellation is confirmed you will receive email confirmation. Any bookings for a Manchester Official Airport car park cancelled within 1 hour of the car park arrival date will not be refunded.

COVID-19

Manchester Airport have taken the following steps to help Fight Covid-19:

• Screens in Reception areas to protect both staff and customers

• Customers will be asked to use an antibacterial wipe to wipe their key before placing it in the key drop boxes

• Self-serve machines will be used as much as possible to limit interaction with individuals face to face

• All hard surfaces have been treated with special antibacterial products which protect them for 6 months

• When moving cars staff will wear face masks to limit risk of transmission. All staff will be asked to follow government guidance and either wash their hands or use hand sanitiser regularly

If you're delayed picking your car up, you'll need to pay for the extra parking at the car park's normal rate (which is more expensive than the price you pay when you book with us). If you pick your car up early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund.

Please take proof of purchase with you on your day of travel.

As you approach the barrier your license plate should be recognised and the barrier will lift. Please then proceed into the car park.

If the barrier does not automatically lift; press the intercom button and speak to a member of our team quoting your booking reference number.

Drive to the exit, and the barrier will lift automatically.

If prompted for over-stay payment use integrated chip & pin device. Any problems at all please use the intercom.

Leave the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signposts for Terminal 1. At the set of traffic lights go straight ahead for T1 with the Hilton hotel on your left-hand side.

At the first roundabout take the ramp up to the left, signposted for T1 Drop-off A. Enter the car park under the sign 'Multi Storey' on the right-hand side.

Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.

Passengers who have booked to park in T1 multi-storey will note that they are directed to drive through the forecourt to enter the car park. There will be no charge for accessing the forecourt to enter the multi-storey.
