By choosing a Park Mark Safer Parking facility you are visiting a car park that has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.8th - 13th Floors of the Civic Centre Multi-Storey Car Park are a separate, wholly self-contained and secure part of the Overall Wythenshawe Civic Centre Multi-Storey Car Park managed by St Modwen Properties Plc, BUT is still covered and comprised within the pre-existing 24/7 CCTV and Continuous On-Site Guarded/Nightwatchmen, Gate-house and Patrolled Security Operation, whilst enjoying its own, independent, internal Barrier-Controlled Access and Egress System run and managed by our own Office Manager/Staff. Parking is within designated pre-identified spaces and ALL keys are retained and stored within abespoke internal Office Security Room, with its own independent 24/7 CCTV monitoring System. In addition the Wythenshawe Main Police Station is situated across the Road from the Car Park for added comfort and Security

The Outdoor space is the top floor of the Multi-Storey car park and there is a Height Restriction Barrier on the helical Access Ramp of 6ft 6.
Once Landed on your Return, cleared Customs and Collected all luggage, please call the car park on the Number provided to confirm your actual pick-up location.
Due to ongoing uncertainty in regards to access tolls at Manchester Airport, there may be an additional charge once you reach the car park.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be an additional charge of £15.00 payable to the car park upon arrival for the following vehicles: Mini buses, Vans, ALL commercial vehicles, Camper Vans, any deemed over-sized vehicle and/or similar. For the avoidance of doubt - "Oversize" being any vehicle that does not fit within the prescribed existing delineated Standard Parking Bays Length and Breadth at the Manchester facility.
On Arrival
Arriving Cars will park in the temporary Holding Bays opposite Reception Office - these Cars will be moved later to another Floor and into a numbered, designated Parking Bay by Skypark Manchester Staff at our convenience for Storage until your Return and its Collection.
• For Health and Safety Reasons, Customer’s are not permitted access to other Floors without express permission of the Skypark Manchester Manager.
• Once parked, the Lead Customer should Report to our Reception Office to Complete their Booking-in. They should produce a copy of their Parking Reservation and have Return Flight Details to hand to cross-check with ours to ensure correct.
• Having transferred their Luggage (if any) to the waiting Courtesy Shuttle, they need to lock their Car and hand in the Keys to Reception Staff.
• Customers will be expected to retain their House and Other personal Keys NOT relating or necessary to operating their Vehicle
• The Customer and their party will then be taken up to Manchester Airport Station Terminal Access in the Courtesy Shuttle. Shuttle transit time varies according to traffic, but is between 10-15 Minutes either way. The Station Access has a Vertical Lift from Ground Floor to overhead Travelators to each of the Departure Terminals.
On Return
Once you have cleared customs and collected all your luggage, your party should make their way to the relevant Terminal Drop‐off and Pick‐up Locations preadvised on Arrival by Sky2 Staff, namely:‐
Terminals 1 and 3 – Terminal 1 Arrivals Car Park Bus Stop E and
Terminal 2 – Bus Stop C on Palma Avenue
At that point you should Call the 24/7 Number on your confirmation and request the Shuttle to attend you.
You will then be taken back to the Multi‐Storey, where your car will be waiting for you.
Customer’s Car Keys can be collected from Skypark Manchester Reception Office by the Lead Customer upon production of suitable Photo ID – Passport/Driving Licence. Customers can then reload their Car and depart the Multi‐Storey by following the clear Exit signs and commence their journey home.
NB: ‐ During normal hours the Civic Centre offers a variety of shopping facilities, not the least of which is the large ASDA Superstore and several cafeterias for Customers to enjoy some refreshments and/or stock up on essentials before setting off on their Homeward journey. The lower floors beneath our complex offer parking to shoppers for that purpose.

Directions
From M56 heading towards Manchester leave at Junction 3a (signed A560) signposted Altrincham, Wythenshawe (ignore Junction 3 Stockport signs). Come back on yourself round the roundabout back onto M56. Leave at Junction 4 * signed Wythenshawe Centre, Turn Left and proceed along Simonsway, passing ASDA and B and M on your left. Then turn left at the next Traffic Lights into Rowlandsway. 50 yards on the left is a BP Station - Skypark Manchester up/down Helical Access Ramp is to the right and behind the BP Station. At the top of the Ramp, keep to the LEFT and come into the 8th Floor and STOP at the Barrier, sound your Horn and wait for staff.
ALL OTHER ROUTES ‐ leave M56 at Junction 4 and follow these directions from * above.
